Self Defense

I posted about vindication a few weeks ago. I thought this was interesting and timely.

Beloved allow Me to vindicate you. When you try to vindicate yourself, you try to clear yourself by proving and maintaining your innocence. There are times to give an explanation of your testimony to teach others who are hungry. And there are times to remain silent. Where you are misunderstood, where you are falsely accused, where you are misaligned, where you are not believed, lean upon ME to become your defense. If you lean upon your own mastery, it will only prolong your trial.

Dearest, please do not strive with men. Allow them their opinions. If what they think stands in the way of your destiny, I will do exactly what is needed to remove their opinions. Learn to lay low before Me. If you humble yourself, in due time I will raise you up. I am the One Who puts down and exalts another. Lay down your self defense precious one. I know this hurts. I know you only want love and unity. Sometimes the way to love is to remain silent in the midst of enemy accusation. In the mean time I will teach you who is hungry for the truth and who opposes such.

Ps 75:6-7 NKJV
For exaltation comes neither from the east nor from the west nor from the south. But God is the Judge: He puts down one, and exalts another.

1 Sam 25:33 AMP
And blessed be your discretion and advice, and blessed be you who have kept me today from bloodguiltiness and from avenging myself with my own hand.

Heb 10:30-31 AMP
For we know Him Who said, Vengeance is Mine [retribution and the meting out of full justice rest with Me]; I will repay [I will exact the compensation], says the Lord. And again, The Lord will judge and determine and solve and settle the cause and the cases of His people. [Deut 32:35,36.] It is a fearful (formidable and terrible) thing to incur the divine penalties and be cast into the hands of the living God!

Matt 26:62-63 NKJV
And the high priest arose and said to Him, “Do You answer nothing? What is it these men testify against You?” But Jesus kept silent.

Words to Ponder are summaries of prophetic revelation, punched with the word of wisdom and written under inspiration. [Sandy Warner: / website: ] Permission given to forward or post with this footer attached.

  1. Great stuff! Timely and quite true.

  2. WOW–I wish I had this yesterday to give to a friend of ours who visited, and is a new Christian. He’s in the middle of some conflicts with 2 people who are Christian, but have done some very un-Christlike things to him lately (his boss and his ex-wife). (If I wasn’t friends with his ex-wife and heard her side of the story too, I would question that maybe HE might be the problem, but what he said she did was true. ARGH–strife between Christians tears me up!)

  3. Hi,
Under the email it says “URI” I’m not sure what
that means, you know, where you leave a comment
starts. Anyway,… I so appreciate the scriptures and
the message about “Vindication”. I really don’t always think “Just get over it”(Deb & Kandi)
It’s so bothering when someone takes you the wrong
way but we are to cast all our cares on Him!

  4. Hi Kelli!!!

James says it’s for someone else who has a website to use to track messages. I don’t understand what that means!

Do you mean that it looks like it doesn’t bother you but it does but you give it to God?

  5. Awesome. This is very timely! Thanks for posting this.

  6. Karen, where’s Tom? I thought for sure he would take the underwear topic and run with it. I miss my Tom comments!

  7. Maybe all the china talk scared him off!

  8. I don’t know, Carl. We have been soooo busy lately, we hardly get to the computer. I think he is really busy at work, too.

I missed the underwear topic, too. Where’s it at?

  9. In the dishes post, under comments.

Can you send me the recipe for the yummy pie, Karen? Did you already send it to me?

  10. Send it to me too please. Hey, I could post it!
